Due to hygiene and the custom nature of wigs, I do not accept returns or refunds once a wig has been purchased or delivered.

highlihht wigs will have different types of outcome and one colour might be predominant than the other as wigs are coloured by hand.adjustments , colours changes, request for any alteration means there’s no negotiation for exchange

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are very limited and considered case-by-case only.
Wigs must be unused, unworn, uncut lace, and unaltered.
Incorrect cap size is not eligible for exchange.

HAIR QUALITY & TYPES
All wigs are listed with their specific hair quality/type (e.g., Raw, Virgin, HD lace, etc.).
Clients are responsible for understanding or researching hair quality types before purchasing.
I am not responsible if a client is unfamiliar with a hair type or expected a different quality.

CAP SIZE
Clients are responsible for measuring their head and selecting the correct cap size.
I will not accept returns or exchanges because the cap is too small/large. 

READ DESCRIPTIONS
Please read all wig details (length, density, colour, cap size, lace, etc.) before buying.
If you are unsure, ask questions BEFORE purchase. Colours might  appear slightly lighter due to ring light settings so please read colour numbers before purchasing

SHIPPING
Clients must provide the correct address and track their parcel.
I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once shipped delivered to the correct address. I provide all my clients with tracking , signature and in most cases GPS LOCATION delivery or photos.

Collection may be arranged if preferred, depending on my schedule.
